In Binocs, there is an easy way to request a new password in case you have forgotten it for your username.
If your tenant is using SSO (single-sign-on) use this link (replace the orange text with your tenant name) https://app.mybinocs.com/yourtenantname/Account/ForgotPassword
Go to your Binocs environment. Instead of logging in, you can click on the "Forgot your password link"
You are directed to the reset password page, requesting your email address. Fill in the email address linked to the user name and press the "Send password reset link" button
A confirmation message is shown, to confirm this "request new password"
In the mailbox specified, you should receive a message. Click on the link "Click here to reset your password"
When the link is pressed, a new password can be specified. Fill in your password and confirm the given password. Note that no username is shown in this window. The password is changed for the user assigned to the email address specified in the "Request new password window ".
As soon as you have pressed the "reset your password" button, a confirmation message is shown
Now you should be able to access Binocs again, with the specified username and the adapted password.
